The local feral cat has moved into the back. I suppose the black nursery tray was warm in the sun.

Aw-w…Maybe he or she is a good mouser, too.

Cool…I hope you keep the cat

Unfortunately not a good mouser since we do have a problem. Stupid feral cat.

aaawww, don’t be mean. Many of my favorite institutions, commercial and otherwise, have a resident animal. People like it!

I’m not being mean, just saying it would be better if it was a good mouser. Nobody is kicking it out.
Plus, we have 2 resident whippets.

_she was scared of the mouse i caught in a live trap… trust us, she is pretty, pretty dumb…

Is she feral, or a drop-off? As in, will she let you pet her? Or does she run and hiss when she sees you?
If she’s not feral, you could always see if someone wants a new pet. Then, if a true feral arrives, you will have a mouser.

_not feral, but free from the societal constraints called domestication…

Ah, one of those ‘tweener kitties. Shame she can’t mouse, that.

Some cats just don’t do mice, guess they don’t have the taste for them???
