Crassula falcata and Agave attenuata
Fortunately it’s just the Crassula in bloom. Up the street a number of Agaves are blooming all at once.

I was just about to take a photo of my succulent when I saw the same beautiful blooming specimen in your pic. I would like to know if, after the flowers die, the stem below the flowering stalk with big leaves is viable for transplanting after dividing it in a few places. Each section with a few leaves of course.

You can do stem divisions for crassulas, including this one, however this one is a bit trickier than others and in general I would wait until spring to cut it up.
