They should be able to handle regular heat and dry conditions once established in the ground, even in Texas. Up to about 100 F.

Osteospermums are easy to grow in the Bay Area.

As if I needed yet another reason to move out West! DC be damned, I want to live near Cactus Jungle and grow amazing plants outside year-round!
