STORE POLICY - RETURNS

PLANTS: Cactus Jungle cannot guarantee plants. Plants are living organisms; when they leave our care, they end up in many different enviromental conditions. If your plant is failing to thrive: call, email or stop by for advice. We will make every effort to make sure you and your plants are happy.

HARDGOODS: Returns accepted in original (unopened) condition with receipt within 60 days for store credit.
